David Lane artist

David Lane is a painter with a residence both in Vancouver Island and Mexico. David has traveled all around the world, and his paintings are a result of a deep concern for the future of our world.

His unique dystopian picture of a collapsing environment seems to be shouting how we must pay immediate attention to climate change and taking care of Nature which surrounds us.

David’s studio is always coming alive with new painting on concerning issues on which we have been taking the wrong decisions and so we are in front of a world desintegrating in front of our own eyes. Worried about the few or even gone years to reverse the damage, David brush is a cry to our senses and minds to retrace our steps and rethink our actions.

Favourite reads: books by Paul Thoreaux and all sorts of travel writing, Cormack McCarthy and George Orwell

David’s new book, The White Cadillac, will soon be ready for purchase.
